How are the homes to tour chosen? The homes (4-6) selected will be properties in the price range that would result in a monthly payment of approximately $800 with an IHFA loan. They are not homes exclusively listed by CENTURY 21 Advantage and will include those listed with other local agencies. The idea is to give those on the tour a good idea of the kinds of homes they could buy.
